A student’s credit card will be charged at the start of the class/session.  If a student chooses to cancel a class/session registration, they can do so up to 30 minutes prior to a scheduled start time and they will not be charged for the class.

Once a class has started and a student’s credit card has been charged, no refunds are issued.   

If a student is cancelling for a recurring class/session, they will have the option to cancel the next class/session or all future class/sessions.

If a student successfully cancels a single class/session, ZipClass will not charge for that particular class.
