A desktop/laptop computer is recommended for the best broadcast and instructor experience.

 

A demo class allows for instructors to create a class free of charge for their students.  The students pay no service fee to attend.  

 

When scheduling a class, there is a toggle giving you the option of a paid or demo class. Set the toggle to demo, and the class will be free of charge. Keep in mind, that instructors can only offer demo classes once a month.

Stripe handles our secure credit card processing.  Your funds are not held by Zipclass.  Stripe is set to automatically process your payments.   Please keep in mind that most banks deposit payouts into your bank account as soon as they receive them, though some may take a few extra days to make them available.  Other factors that may impact your payout timing include the country you are located in and whether your business operates in a higher-risk industry.

Zipclass is a subsidiary of Irish Studio, LLC.  Irish Studio is the Stripe account holder.  Stripe processes Zipclass payments and will record payments under IrishStudio*Zipclass
